YUMMY!  Thanks to our parents and especially our room mom for the goodies and decorations!!!
The party was a blast.  The kids had so much fun.  
Now it's off to Spring Break.  Lots of cleaning gonna happen at my house.

Hope to catch a shark in Florida.  We have been studying the -sh digraph and I told the kids I might catch a shark if I get to go fishing in FL.  I just found out this morning that I will be off to Florida.  Horseshoe Beach, FL.  

St. Patrick's Day Fun:)

Two of our students made leprechaun traps.  We had a blast that day.  The leprechaun left foot prints, pencils, stickers and cold coins.

Happy 1st Birthday TOBY!

Toby had his 1st birthday today.  We celebrated by giving him news toys and a Doggie Cake.

What Does the Fox say Unit

I purchased an awesome unit called What Does the Fox say from Smedley's Smorgasboard.  My kids LOVED practicing their CVC sounds this week.  We listened to the song What Does the Fox Say and wore Fox hats while we worked.  I purchased the Fox hats for 50cents at Michaels after Christmas and the little fox for my "Fox Box" at Target.  Check below for our fun!  (Link provided in a previous post)

Activeinspire "clickers" and Valentine stuff

We started a new math unit on Addition and LOVE using our "clickers".  We are using the "count with our fingers" strategy.

My Valentine box.  I LOVE Olaf from Frozen.  This was perfect.  The kids loved it.  I gave them loom bracelets and a book coupon for a free book for Valentine's day.
